Lauren Reek

Lauren Reek completed her 200 hour teacher training with Patricia Morris at The Little Yoga House in 2014. For Lauren, yoga is a process of getting to know your true self. In her classes you will mindfully and gracefully flow through postures while linking your breath and movement. Offering modifications and variations so that poses become accessible to everyone, her students should feel free to choose their level of intensity. All she asks is that you be kind and patient with yourself, stepping onto your mat with an open mind and heart. Lauren has also completed an additonal 60 hour certification in the philosophy, anatomy, and adjustments of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, with Aura Reverol at Ashtanga Yoga Long Island. Lauren is always working to expand her knowledge and grow more and is currently completing an apprenticeship program with Aura and learning to deepen her knowledge of the Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga method. When she is not learning, teaching, or practicing - she is creating and sharing her love of natural products and essential oils.

Patricia Morris

Patricia is the Founder and Director of The Little Yoga house. Patricia began practicing yoga in 1989 at Jivamukti Yoga Center in NYC with Sharon Gannon & David Life. She is forever grateful for their loving, stern guidance.

"My first training was with Sivananda Yoga lineage.  I was then drawn back to the origin of vinyasa which lies in the Ashtanga Yoga practice taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois. I am blessed to call Richard Freeman my teacher as his discipline, knowledge and humor has affected my teaching in more ways then I may know. I'm grateful for my teachers; it is with gratitude that I attempt to pass on what I have learned."

Erin Manning, Reiki Master

Erin Manning is a certified Reiki Healer and a Medical Intuitive.  I have been studying Reiki since 2013. I also infuse reiki with energy healing, chakra balancing and/or rain drop technique.  My approach is gentle and simple with no expectation other than to be you.  Reiki/ energy healing and chakra balancing are non-evasive and you come as you are.  Rain drop technique is a beautiful, healing technique in which energy is moved in the spine using plant medicine of pure Young Living essential oils on your back. It is a unique massage and energy approach using specific essential oils for a rejuvenating and relaxing experience.  Growing up deaf has always presented challenges to find where I “belong” that would allow me to live my passion. I have always wanted to work in the medical field but being deaf would not allow me to. My passion and true desires are to help and bring healing to all those who seek. About 5 years ago, I learned about Reiki and recieved my certificate after completing all level 3 courses. While honing these healing methods, I discovered my abilities as a medical intuitive using my intuition to find possible cause of a physical or emotional condition. These abilities have always been with me since I was a child. Now, I want to share my gifts to help bring all that you need to the nest of my ability.  I provide healing sessions in the office or long distance.  If you feel this may be for you or feel guided to, please contact me to make an appointment and let your energy journey begin.
