Thai-Infused Bodywork
No two people are exactly alike — and no healing session should be either.
Each 90-minute Thai-Infused Bodywork session is an intuitively guided blend of healing therapies designed to support your body and soul exactly as you are in that moment.
We begin with deep listening and grounding of the subtle energy body through Reiki, allowing your nervous system to settle and your energy to come into balance. From there, rhythmic harmonic pulsing, gentle wringing, and Thai-inspired assisted stretching begin to elongate muscles, increase mobility, improve circulation, and release bound energy held within the fascia.
Thai Yoga bodywork works along the body’s energy lines while guiding you through supported stretches similar to passive yoga postures. This helps restore flexibility, ease joint tension, stimulate lymphatic flow, and invite the body into a state of deep relaxation and renewal.
As your session unfolds, additional modalities may be woven in to meet your body’s specific needs — warm herbal poultices or stones to soothe and soften, essential oils to awaken the senses, and sound healing techniques to harmonize the energetic field.
Each session concludes with focused work on the feet and cranium to restore balance and gently seal in renewed, revitalized energy.
